true $1200 is pretty high. i went to check out a few bike shops already for fitting and stuff and realised i can get some pretty sexy bikes with that price. like the trek 1000, 1500, scott S50, S60 and Z90. but i thought maybe i can try my luck.. see whether got someone with a custom assembled bike that has better specs??? anyway, i'll edit my first post to lower the budget :)

Should i buy COD 4 to play on my laptop? It fits all the specs except that i need a x1800 graphics card for recommended settings.. but i only have a mobility radeon x1400 :((( do u guys think it's worth buying in the sense that i can still enjoy the game alot even when i have to tone down the graphics by a ton? or is graphics damn freakin important that i'd be missing out so much? :(

How does your ISP know exactly what you're downloading? They can track incoming and outgoing traffic to IPs, and amount on data you're down and uploading, but how do they know what exactly you are downloading? Like from torrents all u have is the tracker ID, how they know whether it's anime or not?
Also, how are they catching ppl and based on what? would be really funny if they charge you for downloading 1 terabyte worth of porn
